    Job requirements •Respond to systems, applications, hardware, and other user issues by investigating problems and taking corrective actions. •Serve as first point of contact for all IT issues. •Assist with general Automation and IT department needs and assume new responsibilities when needed •Install/configure new desktop workstations and laptops with Windows OS installation and data migrations •Order needed parts and supplies •Provide telephone and in-person support for desktops, laptops, Microsoft Office, Microsoft and Apple Based Operating Systems •Responsible for addressing and resolving any IT inquiries, problems and request. •Coordinate with external vendors for managed services •Tracking of service requests/incidents by entering data into service desk system and ensuring response and resolve times are within SLA guidelines •Experience with Microsoft Windows OS 10 and 7 •Liaise with Corporate IT on strategy and planning
