    L'horaire de travail flexible : être disponible 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7. Vous pourrez travailler de jour, de soir, de nuit, les weekends et les jours fériés.

    Le centre d'appel est ouvert 24 heures sur 24, et voici vos principales responsabilités :
    Fournir un service informatique de niveau 1 pour une institution financière
    L'environnement de travail est rapide et multitâche

    The work environment is friendly and warm call center, located at Champs de Mars metro.

    It is a flexible work schedule: be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can work by day, evening, night, weekends and holidays.

    The all center is open 24/7, and here are your main responsibilities:
    Provide a Level 1 IT Service for a Financial Institution

    This is a 100% work from home Bilingual position. You will be providing technical support to residential end-users via phone, chat and remote connection tools. You will be required to work various shifts including days and/or evenings, weekends and holidays. You will deliver tech support for a wide range of PCs and connected device issues. Give clear explanations while performing simple and some complex tasks. Support multiple users. Perform admin duties as documentation and email management.

    You must have the following; High level oral AND written communication skills in both French and English. 2 years experience or combined experience in the following;
    > Contact Center > Help-desk > In-home PC Repair > Trainor/Instructor > Supporting latest versions of Microsoft Windows (7,8,10) > Email and webmail clients > Configuring browser/proxy settings > Anti-virus and anti-malware apps > Home networking > Able to type a minimum 35wpm
    Need to have at least 1 of the following; A+, MCP, CCNA, MOS- Master or equivalent experience with Microsoft desktop environments.

    Must have positive and pleasant personality, enjoy helping others and give exceptional customer service! Great problem solving skills and able to work well under limited supervision.
