    Manpower is hiring a Records Clerk for our client on the West side of Madison. This is a 1st shift, long-term position. Starting pay $12.50/hr.
    The Records Clerk serves customers by maintaining and processing physical assets stored in a Records Center, and will process incoming and outgoing orders while also loading/moving boxed items and wheeled bins.
    Primary Functions:
    * Process all types of daily incoming work orders and rush orders from Client Services; scan carton barcodes and locations.
    * Investigate and resolve any order discrepancy for incoming or outgoing orders; manifest all orders, bundle and prepare for shipment.
    * Scan all incoming containers, files and tapes each morning to the work order and pallet tag and notify your supervisor of any discrepancies.
    * Put up files (within 48 hours of receipt), containers (within 24 hours of receipt), and tapes (within 24 hours of receipt) in a timely basis, and in accordance with company operating procedures.
    * Assist in loading and unloading company trucks and vans..
    * Accurately prepare all necessary paperwork.
    * Observe safety procedures, including containers/lids replaced and repaired, floors free of debris, and report any safety issues to direct supervisor.
    * Communicate regularly with your direct supervisor to notify him or her of any potential issues, including but not limited to those relating to your job, or those relating to the client.

    Experience in working at FTL or LTL carriers or truck broker companies
    Understand ocean import related and truck BOLs related documents
    Intermediate skill in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, word, Power point)

This role is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Safety and Compliance department.

    Responsibilities:
    - Manage and maintain all printed and electronic driver qualification files, medical files, and compliance files in a secure and confidential manner
    - Responding to driver inquiries
    - Ensure files and folders are compliant with regulation standards
    - Review and process all driver applicant qualification documents for accuracy and completeness
    - Administer the MTO drug screen program
    - Assist with log auditing and violation notifications to drivers
    - Complete letters of employment as well as reference checks if required
    - Performs other administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications:
    - Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health and Safety or a related field
    - Six months of related experience
    - Knowledge of Hours of Service regulations for both Canada and the US
    - Knowledge of current workplace health and safety issues
    - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
    - Experience in the transportation industry considered to be an asset

    Local Warehouse in Hazleton, seeking loaders and unloaders.

    These positions are temp.-perm. Must have good attendance and performance. Shifts are 1st, 2nd and 3rd, may also work weekends, during peak seasons. Should have flexible scheduling, as may be asked to stay later or come in earlier, depending on workload. Will be required to lift 50+ pounds continuously. This job is either loading or unloading Office Furniture. Pay rate is $13-$13.50, with attendance/performance bonuses. Walking, lifting, bending and twisting will be continuous throughout the shift.
