    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (may vary depending on assigned level):
    * Set up, operate, and change materials or tooling on extrusion and downstream equipment following established procedures and processes
    * Reads and follows job specific documentation to determine machine adjustments and material requirements; modifies settings within defined standard operating procedures to ensure product quality
    * Records machine, process, production and quality data as defined by machine setup, data collection and master quality plans
    * Troubleshoots basic to complex equipment and process problems; reports problems to maintenance / engineering technician based on defined escalation level.
    * Reviews raw material requirements for each job and assures adequate material is available for the order; submits request for needed materials when supply is low.
    * Operates machinery based on standard operating procedures logging and reporting out of control parameters based on escalation level
    * Performs machine maintenance duties (varies by level)
    * Ensures housekeeping is maintained to meet or exceed basic housekeeping standards
    * Records required shift data (ex: machine run time, quantity produced and labor).

    o Ability to read, understand, and follow safety information, operating instructions, production schedules and product drawings.
    o Ability to use measuring devices and preform basic math calculations.
    o Sets-up, changes over, and successfully operates extruder(s) with a minimum of assistance as needed. Provides level 1 machine setup (see level 1 setup document).
    o Ex: Change, clean and store product tooling
    o Clean and store adapters and peripheral devices
    o Sets machine back to running condition
    o Reports equipment damage
    o Setup material formula components and equipment
