    Manpower is seeking an E-Commerce Support Specialist for a leading company located in Mississauga!

    Job details:
    6 month contract to start with potential extension and/or hire
    $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience/ qualifications
    Mississauga location

    Purpose of the position
    Support the implementation of a new eCommerce platform for the Canadian business
    -Seek opportunities both internally and with our customers where eCommerce can be leveraged to improve the customer experience, increase revenue, and/or reduce costs
    -Provide second level problem resolution for all matters related to eCommerce
    -Assure compliance with the organization's policies, practices, and applicable laws and regulations.

    Principal responsibilities:
    '-Participate in the eCommerce processes for the Canadian business
    -Manage and/or participate in the User Acceptence Testing (UAT) of new releases of eCommerce tools
    -Manage and/or participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of new eCommerce features
    -Ensure overall SHEQ principles are incorporated for employees and contributes to a strong safety culture
    -Develop training material, including using PowerPoint and Captivate
    -Provide training to internal and external stakeholders.

    Required Skills:
    '-Ability to grasp technical concepts easily and apply them to solving issues
    -Microsoft Office, especially intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills
    -eCommerce Skills, especially catalogue management, content management, and user administration
    -Adobe Captivate skills
    -Excellent communication and training skills
    -Multilingual written and/or verbal skills (English/French) a significant plus.

    Required education:
    Bachelor Degree (5 years work experience may be substituted for degree)
    Business Admin, Marketing or Computer Science

    Required qualifications:
    Minimum 2 Years
    SAP or other ERP system

    Other qualifications:
    '-Understanding of IT technologies especially relating to eCommerce
    -2+ years working with customers in sales, customer service, eCommerce, or problem resolution
    -Develop training materials and do training on eCommerce platforms
    -Background in the administration of the "CloudCraze" platform a significant plus

    Material Handler

    Manpower is seeking a Material Handler for an ongoing contract position for our client in Calgary, AB.

    Location: Calgary, AB

    Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):

    * Safely handle materials such as lab samples and products
    * Effectively manage inventory, ensure accuracy and tracking data is processed in a timely manner
    * Receive of all incoming material and document through barcode and communicate to applicable individuals
    * Organize and dispose expired or no longer needed materials
    * Maintain and update database (LIMS, Barcode)
    * Process Transportation (TDG) requests
    * Order and maintain supplies such as lab coats and compressed gas cylinders
    * Coordinate the day-to-day activities between the Technology sites (CAR and CPA)
    * Provide input in development of safe standard operating procedures while providing revisions and improvements to existing processes;
    * Move materials within a warehouse environment with the use of a forklift, manual or power pallet jack
    * Regular interaction with customers and shipping companies/couriers
    * Safe packaging of materials for shipping purposes
    * Fill out customs compliance documentation for cross border shipments

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    * 4 to 6 years' direct materials handling experience
    * Strong safety culture and experience reading and writing procedures
    * Forklift certification
    * TDG certification
    * Direct shipping / receiving experience
    * Warehouse and inventory management experience
    * Computerized inventory management and tracking systems experience
    * Attention to details, and strong organizational skills
    * Solid interpersonal and communication skills
    * Strong computer skills
    * Strong customer interaction skills
    * Knowledge and practical experience with customs compliance processes is an asset
