    Our client is looking for great Customer Service Representatives specializing in Social Media, at their Thorold location! This role will support the business's customer base through chat, email and phone support. We are looking for flexible and quick learners, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs of both the business and the customer.

    This role will begin in July and be a full time, 1 year contract with the potential for hire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience customer service representative that has a strong knowledge of social media.

    What's in it for you?
    - Full time hours
    - 12 Month Contract, with potential for hire
    - Hours between 8 am and 11:30 pm (must be flexible to work between these hours)
    - $16.00 an hour
    - $1000 signing bonus after 6 weeks of work!!

    What you will be doing:
    - Support and expand social media self-serve advertising customer base
    - Provide product and basic tool support to improve customer experience
    - Receive and log all customer problems, requests and issues and ensure proper documentation
    - Perform customer requests and identify problems
    - Follow-up on incidents with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

    What you bring to the role:
    - High school Diploma or GED

    - Ability to pass a criminal background check
    - Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Ability to work all shifts as required
    - Experience using social media

    Manpower is in search of an electronics inspector. In this FAA position the inspector performs quality control inspections during the service of products. Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes.

    Schedule: 6:30a-3:00p
    Pay: $23.00

    What do you bring to the job?
    Ideal candidates will be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the electronics field. Also, have the ability to lift up to 30 LBS. repetitively.

    What's required?

    Prior experience in aerospace electronics inspection preferred
    Experience working in a quality control role
    High School diploma or equivalent
    FAA clearance preferred
    Knowledge of Microsoft office applications and SAP

    Background check and drug screen conducted

    *This position will last up to 1 year with the option to relocate to Olathe, Kansas in 2020.

    Salary: $23.00 /hour

    Vos responsabilités seront :
    Entretenir le lien d'affaire avec les clients et saisir les opportunités de ventes ;
    Effectuer les recherches nécessaires pour conseiller les clients ;
    Préparer les soumissions et établie les prix au juste marché ;
    Faire le suivi des commandes et des livraisons.

    Vous devez les compétences suivantes :
    DEP ; DEC ou équivalence ;
    Bonne connaissance des programmes AS400 et MS Office ;
    Un sens de l'initiative et vous avez un bon leadership ;
    Connaissance sur les produits électrique (un atout) ;
