    -Previous experience in Agriculture, Agricultural Equipment, Heavy Equipment Sales and Rentals industry / industries
    -Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales/Marketing, anything AG-related, etc.
    -Proven leadership and management skills and experience, driving business performance both from a financial and operational standpoint, as well as from the people management, hiring and development side of things
    -Other details to be shared with the shortlisted candidates during the next step in the interview process
