    Administrative Assistant and Office Manager

    Administrative Assistant and Office Manager to work with a local Nonprofit educational center.

    Candidate will work directly with the Director of organization. Looking for someone with a minimum of five years of clerical/administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must have excellent communication skills. Tasks will include scheduling of events for schools, visitors and volunteers, as well as vacation days and comp time for fellow employees. Will be responsible for procurement of items ranging from general office supplies to special items needed for events, camps, conferences, etc.
