    Temp to hire position.

    Job Description

    * Manage major facility systems and infrastructure including; computerized building control and monitoring systems, power and lighting systems, compressed gasses and vacuum, air supply and ventilation systems.
    * Monitor the efficiency and coordinate the preventive maintenance of production equipment.
    * Create procedures and processes; oversee repair, maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
    * Hands on ability to lead and motivate a team of building maintenance personnel and custodial staff.
    * Manage the daily activities and coordination required for facilities construction, renovations and new equipment installation projects. Oversees building construction projects to ensure delivery on time, within pre-established budget and of superior quality.
    * Coordination of employee moves, furniture installations, space allocations and related floor plans. Maintain all furniture, fixtures and equipment in safe and available condition for use.
    * Lead local physical security and safety efforts. Support emergency response team activities and develop emergency action plan for the facility.
    * Manage daily security, card access and fire protection systems and program requirements.
    * Interacts with other resources as necessary to provide comprehensive facility service support. Ability to work in a regulated environment and ensuring all quality regulations are met.
    Required Skills
    * 4+ years of Maintenance Supervision and office services experience including direct staff supervision, and management of service vendors and contractors.
    * Must have experience in dealing with regulatory audits.
    * General Contracting experience with full understanding of permits, reading and understanding of blueprints.
    * Construction project management experience, technical background with detailed knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
    * Customer service oriented, excellent communication skills, and office software skills.
    * Flexible, creative and able to work extended hours as required.
    * Microsoft Projects knowledge
    * Bilingual Spanish/English
    * Bachelors degree preferred.
    * or 7+ years experience

    Responsible for the procurement of services that support assigned programs or projects. The Senior Subcontract Administrator is responsible for the entire life-cycle of the subcontract, including defining the requirements, researching opportunities, negotiating with sources, writing subcontracts, awarding subcontracts, and closeout when the subcontract terms are completed.
    Essential Job Functions:
    *Responsible for overall subcontract administration for all commercial and government contracts.
    *Responsible for all aspects of the subcontract administration process including generation of Request for Proposals (RFP), proposal evaluations, source selections, negotiations, file documentation, change management, invoice approvals, dispute resolution, and subcontract close-out.
    Evaluate the Statement of Work (SOW) to mitigate risk at all phases of subcontract formation, performance, and close-out.
    *Prepare CPSR compliant subcontract documentation in accordance with Public Law, FAR, DFARS, to include in-depth cost/price analysis.
    *Monitor subcontract performance and initiate corrective action if performance falters.
    *Execute contract modifications in response to changing requirements
    *Perform close-out activities
    *Provide timely and accurate subcontract status to company management.
    *Ensure that all transactions are in accordance with the Company Business Process and Government Regulations.
    *Coordinate the full range of activities of the business support as it pertains to Bids & Proposals, and the utilization of Small Businesses.
    *Perform desk and on-site audits of Project subcontracts/procurement files.
    *Perform file remediation to ensure compliance to Public Law, FAR, and DFARS.

    Manpower has an immediate need for several temporary cable harness assemblers for a local defense contractor. These positions are for a short term project, however may lead to long term employment. Previous cable harness experience is preferred. We will give consideration to candidates with any kind of assembly experience who have the ability to follow a simple blueprint or schematic. Excellent attention to detail is required for this work. Shift is M-F 6:00am-2:30pm. You will be required to pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to employment.
