    Manpower is currently assisting a local company in Red Lion, PA for CNC Machinist. As an operator you will set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

    Pay for this position will be $15.00-$25.00 an hour plus overtime as needed.

    We have CNC programming and non programming positions available! Pay will depend on experience.

    We have openings on the following shifts:

    * 2nd Shift: 3:40pm-2am Monday-Thursday

    Job Requirements

    As a CNC Machinist you must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate well with management and fellow employees.
    Ideal candidates have very positive attitude and previous experience.
    Other requirements of the role include:

    * All applicants must have steady work history with a good attendance record
    * Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30lbs and occasionally lift up to 50lbs
    * Must be able to meet physical demands including standing for extend periods, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching
    * Have basic knowledge of using and programming CNC controllers
    * Have experience in setting up machine with jigs and fixtures
    * Have background in machining and solid understanding of metals, angels, measuring, grinding, deburring, proper inspection and quality control
    * High School or GED required

    Position Summary:
    The Procurement Manager oversees the buyer/planners and ensures that the items and services to build and maintain the company's products are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions. An important aspect of this role is seeking maximum value for the company through time and cost agreements while working with key suppliers necessary for successful operations.
    Essential Responsibilities and Duties
    * Recruit, train, assign work, and supervise buyer planners
    * Manage procurement process, controls, and supporting documentation
    * Negotiate significant contacts
    * Work closely with our clients supply chain in all areas of Purchase, Assembly, Test, Electronic products and Shipping/Logistics vendors.
    * Negotiate pricing quotes for achieving lower costs to be in line with our clients financial planning goals.
    * Maintain a consolidated datasheet of supplier quoted prices and cost reduction trends
    * Qualify new suppliers by making sure they adhere to RK's AVL requirements.
    * Interface with Production, Marketing, Engineering and other functional groups to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
    * Review planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval process.
    * Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier.
    * Track order acknowledgement, prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and provide visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
    * Track orders and confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
    * Review, update and maintain purchase orders until they are closed.
    * Ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; report non-conformances.
    * Work with finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
    * Identify opportunities and implement actions to achieve efficiencies.
    * Contribute to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base.
    * Cut waste and unnecessary costs to create a streamlined process and fast production times
    * Build strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers
    * Understand technology and managing online systems

    * Leadership, management, and supervisory skills
    * Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields of supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing.
    * Minimum 7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry working in a procurement role and function.
    * Extensive experience and knowledge of working with MRP/ERP system requirements
    * Excellent Analytical Skills to work with multiple vendors and determine the best deals for the company and to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.

    Perform hand assembly operations which may include one or more of the following: component identification, soldering, testing and packaging using small tools and equipment in a teamwork environment.
