    L'assembleur de faisceaux électriques devra maîtriser les outils nécessaires à la réalisation de la tâche d'assemblage afin de sertir, souder et connecter des ensembles de faisceaux de haute qualité.

    Il ou elle devra également maîtriser la lecture des dessins techniques et des instructions de montage afin de s'assurer que l'installation finale sera testée et conforme aux dessins et instructions fournis.

    Vos taches seront :
    * Assemblez les faisceaux électriques comme indiqué sur les dessins et les instructions de montage à l'aide de tableaux de formes.
    * Installez les connecteurs en utilisant les outils de sertissage et les techniques de soudure appropriés.
    * Prenez les faisceaux assemblés et modifiez-les afin de mettre à jour leur configuration en changeant le type de connecteur, en modifiant leur longueur ou en jauges de fil.
    * Valider via des tests (bagues) la conformité du harnais (continuité et conductivité)
    * Lire, interpréter et analyser des plans, des schémas électriques et mécaniques
    * Cette fonction sera susceptible d'évoluer avec le temps en fonction du niveau d'expertise acquis.

    Responsibilities

    Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
    Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
    Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
    Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
    Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
    Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
    Technical experience in projectors is a plus
    Requirements

    Previous experience in a customer support role
    Track record of over-achieving quota
    Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
    Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
    Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
    High school degree
