    Oversee reception services to ensure effective phone and workplace communications both internally and externally.
    Arrange meetings and assist with travel and hotel reservations for global visitors.
    Oversee general office management including supplies, maintenance, policies and cleanliness.
    Address day-to-day employee needs and coordinate office event planning.
    Assist with shipping and receiving, manufacturing related paperwork, vendor instructions.
    5+ years of experience in recent office management.
    *Proven success working well with a variety of people at diverse levels throughout an organization.
    *Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm and elicit results among colleagues and stakeholders.
    *Highly organized and good with details.
    *Ability to remotely work with support from Facilities team at HQ.
    Ability to make prudent and sound decisions without direct supervision, when necessary.
    *Flexibility to change course as priorities dictate.
    *Confident, decisive, tactful and effective communications skills both externally and internally.
    *Ability to quickly assess situations, identify trends and gaps, develop insights and propose solutions.

    We are looking to connect with experienced assemblers for the night shift in Waterloo to assemble or modify electrical or electronic equipment, such as computers, test equipment telemetering systems, electric motors, and batteries.

    Who we are looking to connect with;

    - Assemblers with minimum 3 months experience
    - Those available for full time 11:30 pm - 7:30 am
    - Sunday - Thursday
    - Candidates with great attendance

    - $14.50/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
