    Principal Accountabilities:

    Qualifications:
    * B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemical or Process Engineering
    * Experience in natural gas processing / upstream would be considered an asset
    * Strong understanding of chemistry principles
    * 5+ years of related experience
    * Experience with process modelling, such as AspenTech
    * Experience in evaluating technologies using technical and economic feasibility approaches
    * Experience in olefin manufacturing, feedstock conversion and/or separation technology is considered an asset
    * Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working with various functional groups
    * Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    * Ability to self-direct and manage own project work from beginning to end while ensuring the accuracy of results
    * Ability to handle changing priorities
    * Flexibility to work on longer-term solutions as well as deliver quickly when required
    * Excellent oral and written communication skills are critical
    * Registration with relevant professional Canadian association would be considered an asset

The Diesel Mechanic performs all engine and emission maintenance as well as repairs on all trucks and equipment and where necessary, can perform all drive train component work, as well as suspension and steering systems repairs and maintenance on heavy duty trucks.
    Essential Responsibilities and Duties
    * Removes components for repair or replacement such as, but not limited to, injector, starters, water pumps, radiators, brakes, etc
    * Knowledge of a vehicles engine, emission systems, transmission, hydraulic and electrical systems to perform preventive and repair maintenance functions, on site and on the road
    * Engine chassis repair and maintenance
    * Knowledge of vehicle body control system, including hydraulics and electrical systems to maintain and repair the vehicles in a timely and safe manner
    * Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems to effectively diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems in the vehicles in a timely and safe manner
    * Safely operating welding tools to repair heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the equipment is back in an operable condition as quickly and safely as possible
    * Identify the source of the malfunctions using a variety of electronic tools
    * Ensure fleet meets DOT regulations and safety standards, preventative maintenance
    * Knowledge of concrete ready-mix trucks, pneumatic truck and trailer, Cummins Engine and emission systems
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    * Available to work overtime as needed and be available to work swing shift
    * At least 2 years of prior experience as a technician working on heavy duty trucks and equipment
    * Knowledge in air brakes and tires
    * Training in hydraulics and electrical training
    * Suspension, steering and wheel-end components training
    * Drive train knowledge
    Compensation: $25-35 per hour DOE
