    The ATE Technician will be responsible for testing a wide variety of Subscriber products using a variety of test equipment. Troubleshoots and diagnoses complex problems with product, defines possible solutions and ability to clearly define root cause of problem.

    -Discuss results of failure analysis and corrective actions with Quality Specialists, Technical Support Management and Support and Maintainability Engineer. Captures defects during testing process and writes failure analysis reports and records data of failures. Must be able to explain and prove problem diagnosis.

    -ATE Technician must be a fast learner and self-motivated, independent worker. He/she must have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions. The candidate must be available to work extended hours and support the facility on weekends.

    Specific Knowledge/Skills:
    *Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology
    *Ability to operate/setup electronics equipment (signal generator, modulation and audio analyzers, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscopes, etc).
    *RF knowledge and 3-5 years related experience. (A plus but not required)
    *Ability to read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot down to component level is a PLUS.

    - Ability to interpret product drawings and technical standards in order to develop and implement quality controls and product check methods.
    - Responsible for product quality conditions.
    - Work closely with manufacturing floor side activities.

    - Lead inspection activities with inspectors and technicians

    - Six Sigma Experience is preferred.
    - Ability to interpret CMM reports.
    - CMM operation and/or programming experience are a plus.
    - A high school diploma or equivalent is required with 3 or more years of experience. (A Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree is preferred.)
    - Experience as a Direct Customer Contact with Major OEM's, interfacing through Customer/Supplier portals particularly a working knowledge of the Toyota Supplier Portal and Systems (highly preferred).

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    * Operation, maintenance, and repair of all boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, appurtenances and lines used in the distribution of steam and heated water
    * Operation and preventative maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
    * Operation, maintenance and repair of pumps handling water together with all valves, appurtenances and lines used in the system.
    * Operation, maintenance and repair of air compressors, together with distribution lines and all valves and devices for air
    * Operation, maintenance and repair of water filters, softeners, piping and pumps used in conjunction with water distribution, including all sinks and toilet bowls, including all supply lines, drains, water lines and control device
    * Operation and preventive maintenance of electrical motors used to power pumps, compressors and fans.
    * Operation of building automation systems for HVAC, including consoles, data gathering panels, remote sensors and indicating device
    * Operation, maintenance and repair of sanitary sewer systems, sump pumps including basins, water closets, urinals and piping
    * General Maintenance including:
    * Repairs on toilet facilities including soap dispensers
    * Repairs on registers and radiators.
    * Removing ceiling
    * Maintaining and/or replacing door hardware.
    * Maintenance painting in equipment rooms, cooling tower and other building
    * Assist in the replacement of filters in the HVAC equipment
    * General cleaning in mechanical spaces and perimeter inductions units.
    * Cleanup of equipment in engine room and shop.
    * Miscellaneous handyman work requiring the use of hand too
    Qualifications:
    * Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial building operations and maintenance
    * Experience in operation, maintenance and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, water systems, and the
    * Electrical knowledge, low voltage to 277 volts.
    * Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with tenants, clients and vendors
    * Computer skills.
