    Manpower is recruiting for an entry to mid-level Global Regulatory Associate.
    In this role you will be responsible to lead and review regulatory formulation assessments for global formulas. Will review managing repository systems, act as a liaison with R&D to develop a quality assessment, connect with local regulatory teams to understand regulation requirements.

    Must have a degree in the science field, experience of regulatory requirements in dossier/ technical file creation and global regulations is a plus. This position may require some travel, strong attention to details, ability to negotiate and influence and have a good understanding of FMCG industry.

    RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
    The Global Regulatory Associate - Hygiene & Home will have the following responsibilities:
    * Work in partnership with the local regulatory teams to identify and be aware of key requirements and that they are taken into account to deliver a 'right first time' approach to new product development.
    * Lead and manage regulatory formulation assessments by working with R&D and local regulatory teams to develop a quality assessment for final formulation approval.
    * Help deliver dossier/technical files to agreed time frames and collaborate across partner functions to ensure timely deliver of all information required, to enable robust and consistent project updates.
    * Ensure high quality and accuracy of the formulation review, dossiers vs the agreed requirements, and product deliverable, while highlighting of any potential issues, working with the cross functional teams.
    * Responsible for project management of Regulatory NPD requirements & dossier/technical file creation in line with the project strategy.
    * Supports work required to refine Regulatory processes and procedures to optimize accuracy and efficiency, thus enabling speed to market.
    * Support internal investigations into allegations of non-compliance
