    * 4-6 years of health, safety, or environment experience in refining, petro-chemical, terminal operations, or other related industry.
    * A high level of understanding with core operational H&S requirements such as gas detection, equipment isolation, damage prevention, and confined space entry.
    * Possesses a Certified Safety Professional designation, or willing to work towards obtaining.
    * A proven ability to develop relationships and become an effective business partner.
    * Strong organization, coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.
