    9. Assist with all compliance related activities and invoicing
    10. Manage dashboard metrics
    11. Scheduling, managing, measuring on-boarding process
    12. Coordination of travel arrangements
    13. Ordering flowers/gifts for hospital stays, new babies or funerals, etc.
    14. Back up front desk receptionist as needed

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    * Associate's degree in Human Resources

    4. Invites and delivers the weekly benefits orientation WebEx presentation to new hires. Ensures that the presentation is updated and contains accurate and current information.
    5. Provide assistance to employees in the new hire enrollment process. Follows up with employees who do not enroll within given time frame.
    6. Answers inquiries regarding payroll and time-sheets. Communicates resolution to payroll or escalates unresolved issues or issues needing research by Payroll.
    7. Meets with new employees to collect new hire paperwork, create personnel files and complete I-9 Employment Verification forms.
    8. Processes simple employee changes submitted in UltiPro such as address changes and org changes ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentially.
    9. Maintains timely and accurate reporting of activity.
    10. Responds to inquiries for information from other HR teams, including corporate and HR leadership.

    Job Qualifications:
    * HS diploma, Associates or BA in HR preferred.

    Compensation Analyst manages the compensation administration in support of departments. Key responsibilities include providing specialized expertise in compensation analysis and job evaluations, administering merit and incentive programs, and managing salary surveys and market data. The incumbent will also be assisting the Career Tracks Project, the new job classification structure at the school as a key project member.

    Qualification
    7+ years of progressive experience in human resources analysis with a strong emphasis on compensation administration.
    Extensive knowledge of compensation and job evaluation theories, practices and systems; applicable wage and hour laws and regulations.
    Thorough knowledge of salary survey methodologies and market analysis
    Superior skills in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.
    Strong communication and consultative skills, relationship and client management skills, with ability to manage many stakeholders and influence/drive decision making.
    Excellent process management and process improvement skills.
    Strong qualitative skills and the ability to think critically.
    Superior data manipulation and analytical skills particularly with Excel.
    The ability to manage the tactical aspects of the role while being mindful of the strategic objectives of the organization.

    Preferred
    Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or combination of education and experience strongly preferred.
    Experience managing wage implementations for collective bargaining represented employees.
    CCP
    Compile and keep personnel records. Record data for each employee, such as address, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on ability, and date of and reason for termination. Compile and type reports from employment records. File employment records. Search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.
