    Details
    * $13.50 per hour + the opportunity to make a little extra in bonus/commissions.
    * Up to 6 months of Seasonal work, ideally with people who want to stay on permanently.
    * The first 3-4 weeks are intense training and you need to be here every day from 8:30-5pm M-F.

    -- After training hours would be flexible as we are open 8:30-6pm M-F, and Saturday from 8:30-5pm.
    * Reliability and attendance are VERY important!

    Additional details: :
    * Ability to learn quickly is important. We provide classroom training for the first 4 weeks and there will be individual support, but people who are not picking up the material quick enough hold the whole class back.
    * Need to very comfortable using a computer.
    * Must be able to keep cool under pressure and while dealing with upset customers.
    * The Contact Center is BUSY! Once on the phones expect to be taking calls all day.

    The Hardware Technician's role is to support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets. The individual will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion. Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers. Maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices. Installing well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components. Good knowledge of troubleshooting skills, very good communication abilities. Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment. Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors. Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Self-motivated and directed. Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills. Keen attention to detail. Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal. Strong customer-service orientation.     Job Duties
    * The shift rotates every 4 months between first and second shift. (0630 - 1515, 1430 - 2315)
    * No traveling in personal vehicle is not required nor allowed
    * Monitors the production environment for alerts
    * Provides Incident Support, including communications, trending and tracking
    * Documents incidents with appropriate level of detail in trouble ticketing system
