    Responsabilités :
    Préparer la paie
    Saisir les feuilles de temps
    Créer et terminer les dossiers employés
    Suivi des ajustements tels que congé maternité, invalidité….
    Traiter les avantages imposables
    Faire le suivi et la conciliation des retenues à la source gouvernementale
    S'occuper du suivi des contributions régime de retraite, REER/CELI etc.
    Faire le suivi des vacances et dépenses de formations
    Toutes autres tâches connexes

    Qualification/Compétences :
    Certification de l'Association Canadienne de la Paie
    Expérience de 5 à 7 années de technicien à la paie
    Maitriser et connaitre le traitement du cycle de la paie dans sa totalité
    Bilinguisme (verbal et écrit)
    Connaissance du logiciel Ceridian
    Professionnel et discret
    Autonome, flexible et apte à trouver des solutions

    The Payroll Technician reports to the Compensation Director and will complete the full payroll cycle while supporting the incumbent.

    Manpower is currently looking for an Electrical Technician II for one of our well established clients in Cromer, MB. This is a permanent position.

    Successful candidates will be required to pass drug and alcohol testing as well as to produce a clear drivers abstract*

    Duties:
    Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of electrical, electronic, PLC, SCADA, microprocessor, high voltage switchgear, building HVAC systems, and metering/measurement instrumentation equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety.

    Also responsible for Emergency Response including First Responder duties, containment and clean-up, as well as technical on-call to provide 7 day X 24 hr coverage.

    Responsibilities:
    *Ensures accurate documentation and records of all duties as listed in primary focus by use of such programs as Maximo, eSource, Lotus Notes and Safe Work Permits.
    *Wide responsibility in regards to construction which may include installing, inspecting, and/or commissioning of new electrical and electronic equipment key to pipeline operation.
    *Keep all drawings up to date to reflect all changes including as-builts for projects under his/her control.
    *Applies excellent interpersonal skills with internal staff, external departments and customers to ensure that all maintenance and repair of electrical equipment is carried out safely and efficiently.
    *All Electrical work is prioritized to ensure the operation of our pipeline continues as required by Control Center Operations. This includes providing on-call services for after hour requests in order to repair failed equipment.
    *By possessing a thorough knowledge of piping, valve configuration, and procedures for public safety the Electrical Technologist may assume the role of First Responder to all Pipeline, Station and Terminal emergencies and will be involved in all phases of response, including securing the site, containment and clean-up.
    *Maintain Company tools and equipment as well as assigned on-call vehicle in safe working condition.
    *Exercise and possess excellent safety standards in daily work, including safe driving, attending safety meetings, participating in annual Emergency Response exercises and safety training, and following all Company policies and procedures.
    *Is familiar and complies with the guidelines and procedures set out in the various Company manuals.
    *Additionally, the successful candidate may be required to supervise contract personnel

    Requirements:
    *Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Diploma/ Certificate from a recognized technical program and/or:
    *Journeyman certificate in Construction, Industrial, or Power Electrician.
    *Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in an industrial electrical field or Electrical Technologist position.
    *Possesses essential computer skills to work with existing and developing programs such as Maximo, MS Office, Webcad, Lotus Notes, and eSource, various SCADA and PLC Interfaces.Strong verbal and written communication skills
    *Valid Driver's license and good driving record

    Junior Research Operating Technician

    Manpower is currently seeking a Junior Research Operating Technician for a long-term contract position our client in the Petrochemical industry in Calgary, AB.

    Please note - this role requires the ability to work rotating 12 hour shifts (6.00am - 6.00pm / 6.00pm - 6.00am) from Monday to Friday.

    Responsibilities:
    * Operating small-scale pilot plant reactor units at target conditions
    * Troubleshooting and instituting corrective actions when necessary, as per experimental operating instructions (EOIs)
    * Monitoring instrumentation for normal behavior, and reacting to anomalies in the process as they occur
    * Performing physical tests on products produced
    * Maintaining and repairing process equipment and instrumentation as required
    * Applying the Facility Change Management (FCM) process and contributing to the preparation of required documentation
    * Assisting with the design, construction and commissioning of subsystems to enhance unit performance
    * Reviewing and revising Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Procedures, Maintenance Procedures, and associated training documentation
    * Contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes, project plans and the safety of operations
    * Active membership on the Emergency Response Team (ERT)

    Requirements:
    * Post-secondary education in Chemical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering Technology, Chemistry, 4th Class Power Engineering or equivalent experience
    * Experience with polyethylene operations or a related industry is an asset
    * Strong mechanical/hands-on aptitude
    * Excellent analytical ability
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    * Ability to work effectively in a close team environment and be able to work independently to solve process and technical issues
    * Strong MS Office Suite skills
