    Our Client, an industry leader in the Oil and Gas sector is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position is located in Savona BC (1/2 hour from Kamloops). This job will also require travel and sometimes with very short notice.
    Responsibilities/Job Description:
    * Provide confidential secretarial and general administrative support to T-South Operations Manager
    Support area communications by scheduling of time, book appointments, travel arrangements, preparing correspondences, agendas, minutes and reports; and file documentation as required.
    * Tracking Area Management Team list of actions by obtaining status updates, updating spreadsheet and communicating / escalating issues.
    * Coordinate and schedule training and maintain all compliance records on a weekly basis following approved processes and procedures. Ensure compliance summary report is available for monthly area management team meetings.
    * Ensuring expense reports are completed in timely manner.
    * Provide support for the Accountability Management (AM) and Employee Performance Management programs.
    * Coordinate and organize area meetings. Assist Manager with community and charitable events, area tours and donations.
    * Assist with tracking of business cards, station access cards and purchasing cards as required.
    * Complete expense reports for Area Supervisors and front line employees.
    * Maintain org charts, contact lists and employee personnel files for the area.
    * Plan and coordinate meetings taking minutes and maintaining action item lists.
    * Ensure stationery and office supplies are maintained to appropriate levels for TSouth. Be point of contact for printer and equipment issues by communicating with IT.

    Qualifications:
    * Post-secondary education is supplemented by at least 2 years' administrative experience - other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
    * Excellent computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel).
    * Demonstrated ability to provide confidential administrative support.
    * Valid driver's license.
    * Must be able to multi-task and work independently.

    Manpower is seeking a Production Field Administrator for our customer located in the Grande Prairie, Alberta area. This role will assist in all areas of administrative, production accounting, warehousing and general accounting duties in coordination with office administration functions.
    This is a temporary to permanent position with 2 shift choices. The first is a 5/2 schedule with requires you to have a truck or there is the option to do a 4/3 shift working 10 hour compressed days. For this schedule accommodations and food would be provided.

    *Review and prepare daily reports that include production weekly volume and monthly budget.
    *Track facility production volumes and truck deliveries.
    *Support Wapiti warehouse functions in conjunction with Leadership Team.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    * 5 years of experience in a similar role within a gas processing facility.

    * Demonstrated skillfulness in all areas of communication.

This position is responsible for the implementation and oversight of strategies and practices associated with Operational Risk (health and safety, environment, reliability, etc.) in Canada and the United States.
    Responsibilities:
    * Provides Operational Risk Management expertise to the organization from both a technical perspective and a process governance perspective.
    * Holds technical expertise in Operational Risk Management tools, techniques, and processes with specific knowledge of operations in the oil and gas sector.
    * Maintains application and documentation of Operational Risk Management processes, tools, and methodologies.
    * Facilitation of stakeholder discussions and workshops regarding risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment.
    * Provides and/or supports education regarding Operational Risk Management at various levels within the company.
    * Assurance of existing Operational Risk Management processes against applicable regulatory and company standards/practices.
    * Generation of key risk related reports.
    * Coordinating and facilitating interrelationships between internal and external stakeholders.
    * Working independently on complex technical issues

    Qualification:
    * University degree or Technologist in a related field, e.g., Business, Engineering.
    * Understanding and experience in risk management processes (e.g. ISO 31000).
    * Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment tools and methodologies.
    * Strong interpersonal skills and facilitation skills to foster open communication among diverse stakeholders.
    * 4 or more years of experience in oil and gas sector.
