    Notre client dans le domaine de la recherche pharmaceutique est en pleine croissance et recherche un commis comptable pour joindre son équipe actuelle. Située à Ville Saint-Laurent, l'entreprise est spécialisée dans les recherches contre le cancer. À titre de commis comptable, vous relèverez directement du VP finance et les opportunité d'avancement sont très grandes.


    50% du temps
    -Effectuer les comptes payables
    -Effectuer le cycle de paies
    -Suivi et enregistrement des comptes de dépenses
    -Responsable des projets visant à améliorer les rapports financiers des sociétés (montréal et Boston)
    -Tenue des livres
    -Être impliqué dans les reporting de fin de trimestre

    L'autre 50% serait en lien avec les achats:
    -Commander des fournitures pour les différents départements du laboratoire
    -Préparer les bons de commande
    -Faire le suivi des commandes en attente
    -Suivre les documents reçus,
    -Indiquer les factures payables et les entrer dans le cycle comptable afin de procéder aux paiements


    -100% à l'aise en anglais, autant à l'oral, qu'à l'écrit (environnement 100% anglais)
    -DEC ou AEC en Comptabilité
    -Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
    -Maîtrise de QuickBooks et être à l'aise avec les différents systèmes comptables
    -Excellente maîtrise de Excel et de la suite Microsoft
    - À l'aise avec les taux de change US (division de la compagnie située aux USA)
    -Expérience en milieu pharmaceutique ou de Biotechnologie est un gros atout
    -Autonome et bonne gestion du stress
    -Sens de l'initiative et de la débrouillardise

    Position Summary

    Key support position with the Training department to sustain the compliance and quality of the GMP training program. This role requires research, coordination, documentation and organization of training documents. This will ensure consistency and compliance with training initiatives, programs and processes for the Plant under the direction of the Training Manager.

    Responsibilities: Essential Duties

    Accurately enter training data into the electronic Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain hard copy records with meticulous attention to detail for auditing purposes.
    Through written and verbal communication methods regularly provide training compliance status updates and requirements to ensure training data is current and accurate.
    Research, coordinate, plan, document and organize training processes for clients.
    Filing of all employee training documents.
    Archiving of all employee training documents.
    Plan, schedule resources (conference rooms, project, TV/VCR), prepare and distribute training aids (handouts, instructional materials, visual aids) for training courses for employees/agents.
    Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc


    Educational attainment equivalent to High School.
    Two or more years experience in a manufacturing, laboratory or clerical environment.
    General computer knowledge.

    Associate's Degree (2 year college or technical school).
