    Manpower is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Talent Management Consultant (TMC) with a strong focus on customer sales, based in Edmonton, AB.     Key Responsibilities for the Business Development/Recruitment role:
    This is a 360-degree desk involving business development with clients (75%) and candidate recruitment & management (25%)
    * Business development and ongoing Account/Relationship management
    * Uncovering business opportunities, prospect, self-lead generation, cold calling, and face to face, to grow customer base
    * Attending hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
    * Complete Recruitment cycle from creating adverts, screening resumes, in person/phone interviews, to reference checks
    * Matching clients and candidates
    * Developing and maintaining relationships with contingent workforce candidates, associates, and clients
    * Strong communication skills to effectively coach and counsel contract employees to facilitate success in their role, as well as ensure job satisfaction

    As the TMC Sales, we require:
    * Staffing industry experience is a must
    * Proven track record in sales, with minimum 2+ years' experience
    * Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience
    * Strong computer skills - MS products
    * Experience handling high volume of work in a fast paced environment
    * Own vehicle with valid drivers' license; use of a vehicle for the role is required

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    The Early Careers Coordinator will provide operational support and partner with Recruiting Leadership & the Early Careers Recruiter to facilitate our college recruitment strategy for the Direct Sales Channel companywide.

    MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    * Develop & maintain a database of contacts at partner institutions in tandem with Door of Clubs.
    * Maintain candidate contact info from college visits & presentations
    * Manage candidate outreach via Text Recruit according to developed communication plan Partner with Recruiter on all job postings, internally & externally, for
    Spectrum Sales Early Careers program
    * Submit RRFs for any Early Careers requisition request and forward to the Ops team to route Verify eligibility of candidates & forward to regional recruiter if not eligible per College requirement
    * Coordinate online & on-site events, overseeing logistical responsibilities
    * Maintain calendar of on-campus recruiting events & RSVP's for said events, etc...
    * Submit event registration, ensuring payments are submitted to Operations team
    * Order inventory and manage distribution of marketing & "swag" materials
    * Provide support to Recruitment, College contacts, Door of Clubs, etc. as required
    * Execute plan for touch points with DSR's hired through Spectrum Sales Early Careers program
    * Help drive significant social and professional media engagement through multiple channels

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    * Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
    * Superior time management and organizational skills
    * Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain/manage confidential information
    * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
    * Ability to make sound judgments on job-related matters, works independently, demonstrate initiative and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
    * Proficiency with MS Office

    EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience related work experience 1+ years' experience providing recruiting, career services, or administrative support PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
