    Key Responsibilities for the TMC role:
    * Complete Recruitment cycle from creating adverts, screening resumes, in person/phone interviews, and reference checks
    * Ongoing Account/Relationship Management
    * Prospect new business opportunities to grow client base
    * Strong communication skills to effectively coach and counsel contract employees to facilitate success in their role, as well as ensure job satisfaction
    * Match clients and candidates
    * Develop and maintain relationships with contingent workforce candidates, associates, and clients
    * Attend Hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities

    As a TMC, we require:
    * Staffing industry experience is a must
    * Minimum 3 year's recruitment experience
    * One year sales experience
    * Strong computer skills - MS products
    * Experience handling high volume of work in a fast paced environment
    * Own vehicle with valid drivers' license

    Are you looking for a short term role with a competitive pay rate? Have experience in HR and recruitment? Manpower has a recruitment position on the South side of Columbus.

    Role Duties:
    -prior experience recruiting hourly positions in warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment
    -prior experience using social media to advertise open positions
    -ability to observe the various jobs in the warehouse in order to develop knowledge of the jobs available
    -will conduct pre-screens via telephone with applicants and maintain notes on each candidate
    -administrative duties to include, but not limited to: creating new associate files, maintaining accurate data, scheduling phone interviews and on site interviews, using Outlook to schedule interviews on calendars
    -ability to quickly form relationships with the operations supervisors and managers
    -ability to work 8 hours per day, which may include a split shift
    -maintains confidentiality and adheres to all local, state and federal laws
    -must have experience working with Microsoft Office: excel, word, outlook
    -additional duties as assigned by the HRBP and the Talent Acquisition Partner

    Must have prior Recruitment experience
    Must be able to pass background and drug screen
    Have high school diploma or GED

    * Technical: Digital Literacy: desktop (e.g., MS Word and Outlook) and social (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) applications

    Nice to Have
    * Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree
    * Technical: Proficient in an ATS (e.g., Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
