    Our client is customer-friendly full-service vacuum store dedicated to providing our community and beyond with a one-stop-shop for all its vacuuming needs, with over 30-years' experience in the vacuum industry.

    Manpower is seeking Technical Representative (Part Time) to start immediately. This position is a long-term contract role initially for 12 months and possible of becoming Full-Time hours prior depending on the successful candidate's performance.

    What we offer:

    In order to qualify for this role, it is vital that you:

    * High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    * A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail sales, customer service or technical sales or any related industry experience.
    * Basic knowledge in reading blue print and schematic diagrams
    * Excellent physical fitness with the ability to lift to a minimum of 50lbs unassisted
    * Experienced in the Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Outlook, Excel)
    * Outstanding organizational and superb communication skills.
    * Must have valid class 5 driver's license
    * Able to pass a background check and provide professional character references
    * Able to work 12:00PM to 5:00PM or 10:00AM to 3:00PM (schedules might subject to change)

    Duties

    * Receive sales orders from customers or sales staff via phone, email or fax.
    * Set up, enter and process sales and repair orders.
    * Quote price/delivery.
    * Coordinate customer inquiries concerning order status, ship date, availability and back orders.
    * Determine and keep records of sales orders, order status, ship date, availability and back orders.
    * Resolve production, shipping, scheduling and/or invoicing problems.
    * Authorize and efficiently process requests for credit and return goods authorizations from customers.
    * Review orders for accurate bill to/ship to, terms, delivery, correct prices, part numbers and descriptions per standard catalog listing.
    * Communication both verbal and written in a positive and supportive manner to both external and internal customers.

    Additional Duties

    * Train customers' in the operation and maintenance of equipment
    * Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment
    * Provide thorough and accurate troubleshooting and repair of vacuum products
    * Ability to travel, work flexible hours & adjust the schedule as required to meet customer needs
    * To assemble all the vacuum components and assemblies
    * To assist in the installation and commissioning of vacuum components
    * To assist in the maintenance and upgrading of client systems and equipment
    * To carry out general company work as required
