    Vos responsabilités :
    -Connaitre et comprendre les besoins en personnel de l'entreprise;
    -Proposer des solutions de recrutement stratégiques pour augmenter la visibilité des postes sur le marché et attirer les meilleurs candidats;
    -Combler des postes en industriels, techniques et professionnels
    -Participer au processus complet du recrutement, soit de la sélection, entrée de dossier dans le système, au suivi des indices de performance.

    Qualifications
    -Être bilingue et avoir 3 à 5 ans d'expérience
    -Bacc en GRH ou domaine connexe;
    -Maitrise de la suite MS Office
    -Facilité à s'adapter et à travailler avec un SIRH ou un ATS

    Are you a strong leader and relationship builder with a passion for helping others succeed and obtain meaningful work? Manpower is currently seeking a Program Manager for the one of our Employment Services Programs in Red Deer.

    This position is responsible for directing internal program operations, building credible and effective Workforce Development Programs, and ensuring overall success of the programs.

    Essential Job Duties:
    * Effectively manage contractual relationships to ensure program success and continuity.
    * Strategic development, management and implementation of Workforce Development programs.
    * Select, supervise, train and evaluate program staff in areas of case management, management information systems (Mobius), employment training services, job development and counseling, and quality assurance.
    * Represent Manpower's Workforce Development division: attend networking events, liaise with government entities, not-for-profit agency partners, educational institutions and employers - develop and maintain relationships with community resources to further program goals and enhance the success of job-seeking clients and employer partners.
    * Consistent analysis of performance outcomes and metrics in compliance with contract expectations, continuously providing appropriate solutions and recommendations to ensure both short and long-term program goals will be achieved.
    * Oversee preparation of invoicing, narrative and progress reports for the program.
    * Continuous review, enhancement and improvement of program services and operations.
    * Deliver presentations to stakeholders to promote and inform about program services with the purpose of increasing appropriate client referrals.

    Qualifications:
    * Post-secondary education in a related field (career development, HR, Education), and/or relevant, related work experience
    * Working knowledge of employment standards
    * Excellent communication both written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal skills
    * Industry relationship development / networking experience
    * Strong leadership, operations and people management skills - ability to delegate and coordinate activities
    * Culturally sensitive; ability to work with and relate to diverse individuals
    * Knowledge of community social and economic programs / resources
    * Ability to innovate, solve complex problems, execute plans effectively and create a culture focused on achieving goals and positively impacting those we serve lives of program clients
    * Advanced decision-making skills, exhibiting a high degree of personal accountability
    * Advanced computer skills including MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
    * Experience with Mobius an asset
    * Access to a vehicle is required for in-city traveling
