    Technical Records Quality Analyst II

    Manpower is currently seeking a Technical Records Quality Analyst II for a long-term contract position in Edmonton, AB for our client in the Major Pipeline Industry.

    Responsibilities:
    * Supporting Technical Records in a recording auditing capacity during the various stages of project turnover and transfer of asset ownership to LP Technical Records
    * Performing electronic and physical document reviews to ensure compliance to company specifications and standards
    *Precise status and metric reporting, document migration, records management and providing database expertise

    Education/Experience:
    * 3-5 years of experience
    * Comprehension of engineering and project documentation.
    * High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
    * Resourceful and demonstrates strong problem solving and judgment capabilities
    * Ability to work in a fast paced, busy work environment
    * Previous work experience in Oil and Gas is a must

    Bilingual Customer Service Representatives Needed!!!

    Manpower is hiring for a talented FULL TIME Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients in Menomonee Falls, WI!



    Full Time Hours: Monday through Friday -flexible schedule between 7am-7pm CST (must not have any conflicts during this time frame as schedule is subject to change from training to placement)

    Pay Rate: $13.50-$17.50/hr (depending on experience and bilingual abilities)

    Duration: Contract to Hire!



    We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly customer service agent to join our growing team and provide top-notch service. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers via multiple channels to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, process orders, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service.

    What you'll do:

    * Field incoming customer requests via phone calls
    * Use confidential information to assist customers with questions about their insurance
    * Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
    * Document important customer information for future reference
    * Process inquiries regarding claims, changes, cancellations, and adjustments
    * Foster and maintain relationships with customers to continuously improve our retention rate
    * Maintain updated knowledge of all company products to provide adequate education to customers
    * Attend all required internal meetings as assigned
    * Perform tasks and duties as assigned by management.

    What you'll bring:

    * High School Diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
    * 2 + years of customer service experience in a call center AND 1 + years in a customer service environment
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition
    * Experience with Enterprise System preferred
    * Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
    * Bilingual/Spanish strongly preferred
    * Knowledge of medical, dental, and/or therapy terminology strongly preferred
