    This position is responsible for providing equipment welding repair service in order to meet our customer needs. This service needs to be performed in a positive, caring and timely manner. A qualified candidate must build rapport with customers through technical expertise and quality service on equipment so that service value is reached. The responsibilities include:

    · A self-motivated, and thoughtful individual with a high energy level who is able to work well in a field environment and able to get along well with customers and other employees.

    Must be capable of performing complex welding - stick and flux-core welding repairs correctly. Fabrications with 1/16 wire in ALL positions
    Requires regular and punctual employee attendance.
    Competitive pay of $18 -$20 per hour
    Schedule will be first shift, Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays.

    A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:
    Must have at least 3 to 5 years of welding experience with stick, mig, tig, flux, and others.
    Must be able to pass a welding test
    Welding process is FCAW (3 Years Preferred)
    Capable of running 1/16" wire in all positions
    I am looking to bring 3 to 4 welders on board.
    Heavy equipment welding experience highly desired.

    This Warehouse is located in North Bend, about 30 miles east of Seattle, with a beautiful drive and view.     Pay: $17.77 - $23.93/hr (Depending on department)
    Welder pays $22.56

    Manpower is offering a $200 sign on bonus, as well as a $100 stay bonus after the completion of every month through August. This is a temporary assignment with the potential for permanent hire after 30 days. If hired on permanently, the company also offers a stay bonus of $500 after you've completed your first month.     One year of production welding experience and/or one year of MIG welding experience with steel, special alloys and aluminum. Or a formal technical education in welding.

    Reviews blueprints and other schematic drawings to ensure proper weld sizes and lengths are used on weldments.
    Prepares welding equipment for proper usage and prepares the layout of equipment to perform as needed.
    Assures that welds conform to quality standards and product specifications.
    Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.

    Job Summary/Work Schedule
    Normal Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

    Description of position and job requirements:

    Employees process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders and other materials.

    The work is very physical requiring the manual lifting, carrying, and moving/arranging of boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling and twisting.

    Employees must be able to lift and carry boxes ranging in weight from 24-50lbs on a regular basis, without assistance.

    Employees must be able to load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks while walking on uneven and concrete surfaces.
