Accountable for supporting the results of a portfolio sequencing process and establish effective resource demand and capacity management to ensure resources are effectively deployed. Partners with the portfolio management function to ensure there is clear direction and execution of processes required to approve and prioritize portfolio and project demand. Accountable for managing and reporting on the projects in all stages across the portfolio. Accountable for leveraging and improving the necessary tools and practices for visibility and transparency for portfolios and projects. Accountable for mentoring other project managers in the organization. Performance Management, Methodology, and Continuous Improvement - Effectively defines and deploys world-class Project Management practices and tools for project prioritization, planning and execution. Provides overall Project governance and oversight to ensure compliance to standards and to drive excellent execution. Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/metrics, standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Project Management Service Catalog and reporting mechanisms. Coaches/mentors Project Managers to achieve and improve results.
