Assembly is currently working Overtime -

1st shift – Mon – Thurs – 6:00 am – 3:30 pm; Fri – 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

2nd shift – Mon – Thurs – 3:30 pm – 1:00 am; Fri – 3:30 pm – 12:00 am

Assembly Line department -- Heaters

1. Performs highly repetitive bench or line assembly operations to assemble and package units or subassemblies, meeting established production goals.
2. Identifies and tags defective parts.
3. Properly packages finished goods.
4. Insures proper quantities of parts are maintained, replenishing parts supplies or notifying appropriate personnel as necessary.
5. Ability to use hand tools including air wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, etc.
6. Ability to identify defective parts.
Essential Functions of Specific positions:

Sheet Metal -- Machine Operator

1. Loads and operates assigned machine, moving parts to required stops and cycling equipment. Includes shears, punch presses, brake presses, CNC equipment, flanges, U-formers and other related equipment.
2. Unloads parts from machine and stacks, or moves parts directly to secondary operation or staging area.
3. Checks conformance of parts to blueprint specifications.
4. Knowledge of machine controls and ability to operate machine following all safety instructions.
5. Ability to read blueprints and use tape measure, square, micrometer, slide caliper, and angle gauge.

Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Team Assembly. Some electrical assembly as well. Must be able to read blue prints.

Production experience, mechanical aptitude, hard working, willing to cross train. Must have good math and measurement skills.
