Administrative Assistant (Washburn)

A local, family-owned construction company is now hiring an on-site Administrative Assistant for a commercial project in the Washburn area! Seize a unique opportunity to use your administrative skills in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment while working for a company that is committed to delivering quality and value.

What's in it for you?

-Full time job planned to run for 12-16 months

-Pay DOE

-Weekly paycheck

-Excellent Monday-Friday schedule working 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

-Work in a self-supervised role while supporting a great team

What will you be doing?

-Providing on-site administrative support to the project manager and other personnel

-Managing invoices

-Handling phones, directing messages, and assisting vendors and on-site visitors

-Scheduling meetings

-Other related clerical duties as needed to ensure efficient operation of the construction field office

What will you bring to the job?

-Previous experience as an office manager or administrative assistant

-Experience handling vendor invoices and submitting for payment

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose professional emails

-Self-motivation, and the ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks without direct supervision
