Business Development - Edmonton



Manpower is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Talent Management Consultant (TMC) with a main focus on customer sales, based in Edmonton, AB. If you are seeking a fast paced, challenging environment and excel in bringing in top clients and identifying top talent, then this is the position for you.



Key Responsibilities for the TMC role:

This is a 360-degree desk involving business development with clients (75%) and candidate recruitment & management (25%), mainly in the Industrial industry.

* Business development and ongoing Account/Relationship management

* Uncovering business opportunities, prospect, self-lead generation, cold calling, and face to face, to grow customer base

* Attending hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities

* Complete Recruitment cycle from creating adverts, screening resumes, in person/phone interviews, to reference checks

* Matching clients and candidates

* Developing and maintaining relationships with contingent workforce candidates, associates, and clients

* Strong communication skills to effectively coach and counsel contract employees to facilitate success in their role, as well as ensure job satisfaction



As the TMC, we require:

* Staffing industry experience is a must, preferably in the Industrial industry

* Proven track record in sales, with minimum 2+ years' experience

* Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience

* Strong computer skills - MS products

* Experience handling high volume of work in a fast paced environment

* Own vehicle with valid drivers' license; use of a vehicle for the role is required
