Job Description

Manpower is recruiting Open Enrollment Call Center Reps for a project-based 3 - 4 month assignment with a premier call center in Chesapeake, VA! You will be responsible for assisting callers by providing stellar customer service and resolving issues. This position is paying $14.42 per hour. There is the potential for perm hire for top performers.



There are multiple training classes starting:



Sept 23rd



Sept 25th (Bilingual Spanish openings, $15.42/hour)



Oct 10th



All positions require a comprehensive background check, proof of HS/GED and a drug screen.



Responsibilities:



Handle high-volume calls in a call center environment

Perform, track and log all transactions performed related to Human Resources and/or Benefits processes

Understand, apply and communicate conceptual elements of Benefits and/or Human Resources rules, regulations

Adhere to scheduled phone time during shift and remain flexible to support unanticipated events that drive volume

Perform all other clerical and administrative duties as required



Qualifications:



One year of customer service experience in a call center environment

Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent data entry and computer skills

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills



You must be available to work any shift between the hours of 8AM-9PM, Monday-Friday.
