Job Description

What will you be doing:



* Implementation, maintenance and/or application support tasks relative to GIC's Deposit and Payments products

* Receive requests via fax and ensure all requests are logged accordingly, actioned and related product databases are updated accordingly

* Update the Call Tracker with detailed information regarding implementation process steps or resolution of issues

* Perform outbound calls to clients and client managers to confirm implementation details

* Receive and answer inbound calls from clients, where applicable, regarding product or service issues



The ideal candidate will have:



* 2-3 years of client service experience in banking

* Excellent problem solving skills with ability to identify the source of problems

* May require shift work within the business hours of 7:00am to 8:00pm

* This role requires dexterity and co-ordination to accurately access and enter computer database information

* Fluent in English

*Pay Rate: 20.15
