Job Description

Schedule: Full time, Mon-Fri, 8 hrs/day (40 hours/week). Must be available to work all scheduled shifts.

Position Function: Handles incoming email/ telephone calls from internal/external customers according to established Call Center standards in a professional manner, and taking follow-up action as necessary. Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner aligned with the Company Core Values of Teamwork, Integrity and Exceptional Service (TIES).

Minimum Qualifications: Education: * High School Diploma or GED Experience: * 1+ years customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Demonstrated excellent verbal and listening skills and clear telephone voice * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with irate customers in a professional manner. * Ability to independently analyze, problem-solve, and make sound decisions by properly applying established policies and procedures while interacting with customers. Ability to work effectively in a high-demand and fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated knowledge of: Lotus Notes, Fiserv , Nautilus, MS Excel & Word, Fiserv EFT, Internet Banking and . * Knowledge of all clients products/services and policies/procedures as it relates to the following: bank deposit accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, merchant services, Internet Banking, , Check Guard, and other ancillary products/services. * Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include before and after normal work hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: * Must be able to move and lift items up to 20lbs, and perform other light physical work. * Must be able to operate standard office equipment, including phone, personal computer, copier, etc. * Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers. Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions. * Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents. * Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time. Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job.
