Job Description

Manpower has multiple openings for Call Center Representatives in Boston MA.



This is an exciting and dynamic role for someone with customer service or administrative experience. Great team environment and opportunities for growth within the organization.



Looking for someone with great phone etiquette and communication skills. As well as having great data entry and computer skills including MS Office. Will be using proprietary software.

(Responsibilities) Skills & Abilities:

As a call-center agent you must consistently deliver the following attributes:



Excellent telephone etiquette.

Courteous answering of in-coming calls.

Positive attitude and self-control in dealing with difficult callers and situations

Accuracy critical to your success

Exhibit a calm demeanor under pressure

Obtain and record updated information

Communicate proper protocol

Follow established procedures



Other Required Duties:

Must consistently demonstrate positive customer service skills. Must utilize proper terminology. Understand and implement departmental policy and procedures. Must be able to interact positively with customers, clients and co-workers. Must be able to assimilate multiple pieces of data to accomplish required tasks.



Training & Education: High School Diploma



Experience: Experience in a medical or healthcare organization preferred but not required.



Pay Rate: $13.25 per hour and $14.25 per hour for bilingual.



Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-F



Job Type: Full-time
