Pay Rate $15hr



This position will complete and manage all aspects of part finishing of CNC machined parts. Including deburring, cleaning, and maintaining quality of final products. Additional activities to support packing and shipping, as well as inventory and machinists support.



Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

* Work from written instructions to complete machined parts.

* Performs finishing and deburring activities using a variety of hand tools and machinery. Clean parts as needed in preparation for shipment.

* Manage time and executes priorities with urgency to keep other departments on track.

* Maintain quality and consistency of final product across many part and material types.

* Perform basic inspection techniques and verify part drawing dimensions.

* Assist others within the shipping, receiving, inventory and machining departments as needed.

Required Skills:

* Ability to read and follow written instructions and comprehend part prints.

* Ability to use mechanical tools like: Belt Sander, Air-Powered Tools, and other deburring tools.

* Ability to use hand tools like: Drill, Arbor Press, Hammer, Screw Driver, Wrench, X-Acto Knife and Files

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Above average manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

* Strong mechanical aptitude

* Ability to work on a team or independently, provide help/assistance to others; communicate verbally and through written or typed communication regularly.

* Strong sense of urgency with ability to work in fast-paced environment

* Ability to adapt to changes and maintain highly organized work space.

* Ability to stand, walk, grasp, twist, bend, reach, pull with hand and wrist, kneel, crawl, and/or routinely lift up with or without assistance, up to 40 pounds, as needed for duration of scheduled shift.

* Ability to show up to work on time and work duration of schedule, which may be 8 to 12 hours per day.

* Follow safety procedures, policies and site standards at all times

* Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Experience & Education

* Ability to work permanently in the United States is required.

* HS diploma or GED is required.

* 1+ years experience in manufacturing, industrial machine shop or related work environment is preferred.
