Job Description

Are you looking to put your insurance experience to use and improve customers' lives??? We are staffing for a 30 day temporary assignment starting on October 28th at a large insurance company in the Jacksonville Beaches area! Qualified Candidates MUST have the Florida 2-15 Life and Health Insurance license. This is a call center environment so applicants must be comfortable being on the phone working with customers and assisting them with enrollment.

License Requirements: FL 2-15 Life & Health REQUIRED license

Work Schedule: Call Center is open 8am-8pm

Three Shifts Mon-Fri-

7:45am-4:45pm

9am-6pm

11am-8pm

Enroller Job Duties:



Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Making outbound calls to encourage enrollment

Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.

Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.

Completing call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database.

Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

Skills and Specifications



Technical expert in related computer applications.

Familiar with Enrollment system not required but preferred

A positive attitude and great communication skills as well as ability to work with others in close manner

Good keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette.

Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies

Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
