What's in it for you?

What you'll be doing:



-Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients

-Thorough understanding of the corporate planning calendar and how it applies to team deliverables

-Arrange corporate events to take place inside/outside of the workplace, such as all company meetings, community and staff appreciation events

-Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries

-Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results

-Secure information by completing database backups

-Help maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

-Maintain Executive's complex appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel

-Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners



The skills we are looking for:



-REQUIRED a minimum 3 years of experience

-Strong web, social media, and software/tech skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, Indeed

-HRIS, payroll and ATS experience a plus

-Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive situations and records

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, on phone, and in writing)

-Quick and accurate - able to follow directions, prioritize and meet deadlines

-Compensation, safety and/or job description maintenance are a plus
