Job Description


Assist ATA management, administration, associates and visitors.

Support (ATA) efforts to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, (CSR) and ensure activities are carried out in cooperation with G-TEKT CSR, and Corporate Governance initiatives and activities to ensure compliance in functional areas of responsibility. Support the Corporate Governance Policy of Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive and the Objectives of:

Meeting challenges of changed legal and business environment.

Enhancing the trust of ATA among customers, associates, and society.

Implementing activities to improve ATA business operations using a strategy of Steady


Accountable to

Human Resource Senior Manager


 Able to maintain confidentiality of information.

 Able to work independently.

 Proficient in basic computer programs.

 Strong computer skills.

 Strong organizational skills

* Model proper, respectful and courteous communications with all associates and guests.

* Provide professional reception skills and positive, "willing to help" attitude to all associates and guests.


* Maintain complete and accurate visitor records of all guests.

* Answer phones and keep accurate documentation of phone calls.

* Coordinate and maintain meeting room appointment schedule.

* Assist Administration projects.

* Assist Human Resources functions.

* Maintain uniform service for all associates.

* Make all travel arrangements for associates- car rentals, motel accommodations, apartments etc.

* Assist with all company functions.

* Assist in maintaining temporary requirements via help with hiring.

* Data entry and verification of E-Time, ADP and Payroll functions daily

* Help conduct new associate benefits orientation, as well as provide administrative support for the Comp and Benefits Assistant Manager and Assistant Vice President of Administration.

* Support the efforts to provide clean and healthy workplace.

* Review documentation for accuracy and completion of data entry input and output.

* Assist and work with vending companies.

* Maintain all outside employment via local area papers and set up interviews.

* Make all arrangements for vehicle maintenance for company vehicles.

* Maintain all daily communications via T.V., email etc.

* Prepare all orientation and paperwork for new hires.

* Assist with work-mans comp when necessary.

* Support IATF-16949 requirements.

* Assist with training, record keeping as needed.


* Provide hospitality care to company guests.

* Assist in payroll.

* Assist with presenteeism.

* Maintain corrective action records.

* Generate and track associate training records.

* Maintain training matrix.

* File and maintain training records.

* Initiate and monitor associate performance appraisals.

* Other duties assigned by the Human Resource Senior Manager
