Job Description


The Client Coordinator is part of the Client Delivery team and focuses on providing the client and associates with the Manpower experience. This role completes tasks within the Manpower Service Delivery process, such as order receipt and management, onboarding, associate management or client reporting and data reconciliation.


* Successfully completes assigned site goals & objectives and meeting client's requirements.

* Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience through quality of work and positive communication. Deliver on client consistently. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes. Manage associates' day to day performance and associate relations. Provide client reporting and data reconciliation. Timely and compliant associate onboarding and new associate orientations.



* 1+ years in administrative, customer service, retail, sales, and/or other fast-paced environment

* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

* Technical: Digital Literacy: desktop (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook) and social (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) applications

Nice to Have:

* Education: Bachelor's degree

* Experience: Previous experience in recruiting or workforce solutions

Some JOB DUTIES include but not limited to:

* Staffing daily depending on client's demand

* Running Time reports

* Payroll

* Heavy Recruiting

* Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment

* Must be able to work weekends and open for overtime if needed during peaks

* Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift if needed.

* Must be willing to be subjected to background check (3 forms of documents will be required: Valid Driver's License/State ID, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate/US Passport)

Pay Rate $15.00/hr
