Job Description

Position: Human Resources Administrator

Job Type: Volunteer/Unpaid

Reports to: Branch Manager

Number of Positions: 2



Looking to gain valuable Human Resources experience? Manpower has a volunteer co-op opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic individual who is committed, willing to learn, and is passionate about the field of Human Resources. This is an up-paid co-op opportunity; Manpower will ensure that the successful candidate has every opportunity to learn new skills and expand their knowledge.



Responsibilities:

- Call resumes, pre-screen potential candidates over the phone and in person, conduct interviews, and ultimately determine appropriate work placements.

- Lead daily orientations with new candidates, and ensure successful onboarding.

- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, twitter).

- Create, upload, and update online ad posts.

- Respond to needs of clients and associates with a sense of urgency and initiative. Ask the appropriate follow-up questions, handle sensitive situations with ease and know when to engage other resources.

- Answering phones and greeting public in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.

- Enter data into the system, updating internal systems, generating reports with accuracy

- Providing quality service to clients, temporaries and internal staff as required

- Ensuring information provided to clients and temporaries is accurate

- Assist in managing temporary associates, including but not limited to, inquires, payroll etc. both on phone and in person.
