Manpower is currently seeking Inventory Service Coordinator in Carman, Manitoba (Pembina Valley)

n order to qualify for this role, it is vital that you:



* Be available from Monday through Friday

* Must be able to work 5 Days a week

* Must have own Vehicle

* Able to Pass a Background Check preferred

* Able to work and commute in Carman, Manitoba

* High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 year of experience as Inventory Coordinator in a Manufacturing Environment

* Excellent communication skills in English speaking and writing skills

* Excellent inventory and supply chain experience is preferred

* Able to lift 50 to 60lbs unassisted as needed.

* Knowledge in freight common carrier, stock yard management, production planning, reporting and strong interpersonal skills.



Essential Functions



* Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to ensure maximum alertness and preparation

* Responsible for meeting supply chain objectives and managing inventory and filing systems.

* Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies as needed, while overseeing teams of inventory workers.

* Assessing and improving flows of supplies through companies and ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.

* Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes while reporting to management.

* Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database.

* Receive and issue finished goods into computer database while troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel.

* Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired.

* Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights.

* Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventory.

* Additional responsibilities will be added
