Job Description

Our thriving client in North York is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to assist in managing the sales growth and success of a dynamic real estate software company. If you have a passion for helping others, impeccable customer service skills, and natural talent for presenting product information, then look no further, this role was designed for you!!



This role will primarily be onboarding new customers and conducting rescue and reactivation calls from warm leads. You will take the approach of providing exceptional customer service from a retention aspect to begin with.

THE ROLE:

* Act as the first point of contact for leads and prospects to maximize new business sales and growth

* Respond to all product inquiries via phone, email, live chat, form completions, and social media as generated by online marketing, webinars, and events

* Participate in presentations and trade shows (locally and internationally) to educate potential customers of the software and its positive impacts on their real estate business

* Research, identify, qualify, close, and develop new Affiliate/Partnership opportunities, working closely with Sales Manager and EVP Sales & Marketing

* Maintain detailed and accurate records in company CRM system and call results tracking system

* Assist Sales Manager and EVP Sales & Marketing as needed



YOU BRING:

* College or university degree

* Experience in sales (inside, outside, lead gen, business development), or a strong interest in getting into sales.

* Excellent communication skills (phone, in writing, in person, and in presentations)

* Excellent self-management skills - positive attitude, focused, disciplined, self-motivated, high energy

* Intelligent, innovative and creative.

* Consultative selling training/experience would be an asset

* Sales in the software/SaaS industry would be an asset

* Real estate industry experience or knowledge would have a strong advantage
