ASSIGNMENT LIMITATIONS:

-No driving is allowed for our "contingent" associates on assignment.

-No operation of forklift, baler or industrial shredders allowed.

-No use of ladder or rooftop access allowed.

-If associate needs to lift anything over 40 LBS, we require them to practice safe lifting & ask for assistance.



Urgent Shifts: (4 openings) Mon-Fri, no weekends (6am-3pm) (4 openings) Mon-Fri, no weekends (2am-11am) - support our Zum drivers on the East Coast Range: $20-25/hr



Looking for skills in: *Customer Service *Call Center *Inbound/Outbound call center *Telemarketing



Skills in technology: G-suite (like Gmail, Google sheets, etc), Excel



Environment: *Start-up friendly *Fast-paced environment *Free-food and snacks



Take inbound and outbound calls to assist Zum Drivers with any needs to pick up children to and from school.



DETAILED: We are seeking a sharp, highly motivated, and exceptionally organized candidate to help manage and facilitate Live Operations within the Operations team located in Redwood City, CA. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, a logical, process-driven mindset, the ability to stay extremely organized and task manage, and a hustler's sense-of-urgency. You'll be working to facilitate an ever-growing number of active users and service providers. Daily duties will include proactively solving real-time issues and problems before and as they emerge in the field. Responsibilities Include: ● Managing and serving as the main point of contact for active/live services. ● Troubleshooting a multitude of driver and parent issues. ● Monitoring live operations and executing assignment plans, making sudden, late notice edits to active and future rides and re-configuring operational logistics. ● Providing outstanding customer support and streamlining operational processes to help build and support the overall Ops organization. ● An ownership-mentality that thrives around ensuring our business is successful: whether that's pushing extra hard to fulfill last minute customer service requests successfully or turning around a tricky customer into a lifetime advocate. What you'll need: ● 2+ years of experience in a customer-centric role, ideally in on-demand, live customer support. ● You have a keen ability to project/task manager and are known for your incredible sense-of-urgency . ● You have a pleasant, personable manner - you enjoy working with people and people have only great things to say about working with you as well! ● You thrive in a very fast-paced environment with well-defined goals, but some ambiguity on how to get there successfully.● You are self-motivated and an outstanding team player. ● You are tech savvy and have prior experience in a fast-paced and challenging role. ● You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
