Job Description

Manpower is currently sourcing for dedicated, punctual, team oriented individuals to be a part of their growing company.

B Crew - 5:00pm to 3:30am.

7 days a week to keep up with production.

Pay-rate starts at $11.00/HR, with the opportunity to be hired in at 90 days.

This 1st Shift Electronic Assembly Machine Operator position will be responsible for operating Electronic Manufacturing Equipment and performing other electronic manufacturing activities as necessary.

Standard Skills:

Assist with prioritization and making decisions based upon the schedule and communication with internal customers.

Ability to lift 30lbs independently.

Pursue continuous process improvements.

Supports and adheres to our safety, quality and 5S policies to ensure sustainability.

Electronics component and production knowledge.

Inspect & verify quality

Electronic manufacturing processes.

Ability to read and understand work instructions and visual aids.

Package and ship assemblies.

Ability to work in and maintain a clean working environment.

Machine Operator

Assist with setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. (Laser Engraver, Printer, SPI, SMT Placement, Through Hole, PCB Depaneling, AOI, Select Soldering, ICT, Functional Test).

Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment (operate multiple machines).

Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions.

Ability to Solder and perform Touch Up and Repair activities.

Familiarity with electronic visual inspection criteria.

Investigative and problem solving skills.

Must understand and adhere to strict ESD handling requirements


Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Minimal 1 year of related manufacturing experience. Additional experience may be substituted for education and vice versa.
