Job Description

Manpower is currently looking for an ambitious and energetic Professional Recruiter as a direct hire, permanent staff member.



The Professional Recruiter is responsible for business development, candidate sourcing, pre-screening candidates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.



This role utilizes direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a strong network of diverse candidates with an emphasis in Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, Management, Entertainment, Legal, Counseling/Education, Accounting/Finance, Procurement, Health care and other specialty fields.



Responsibilities:



Design, implement and measure overall recruiting obtainment and fulfillment

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Source, screen and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, resumes searches

Proactively research and investigate new ideas to source candidates conducting internet searches, social & professional networking groups, social media, job fairs, competitor research and building candidate relationships

Attend recruiting events, Business After Hours, Chamber of Commerce, hiring venues, college and university career fairs, etc., to promote and recruit

Consult with Manpower Management and Staffing Specialists regarding sales, potential leads and new client orders

Consult with clients to get a clear view on their objectives and hiring needs

Conduct interviews, reference checks, orientation and on-boarding to ensure candidates are a qualified, strong cultural fits and compatible for clients

Present candidates and provide detailed profile summaries, arrange interviews

Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process between client and candidate for direct hire, temporary to permanent or temporary employment

Monitor and apply company policies and procedures along with best practices; comply with employment laws



Qualifications:

Two to 4 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong leadership skills

Sense of urgency and time management to meet deadlines

Proven success on projects with a history of exceeding expectations

Ability to analyze information, data and other sources to determine courses of action

Ability to develop and execute strategies

Strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks/account work simultaneously

Ability to influence team and clients, resolve problems and conflicts

Ability to think strategically and negotiate procedures and resolutions with client

Capable of making group presentations

Assist in developing promotional ads, postcards, and flyers

Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google and Social Media Platforms

Have a passion for people and community



Travel:



Candidate must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance and safe driving record

Travel required throughout our territory, including overnight travel
