Job Description

Join the Manpower team as a Professional Recruiter in Teays Valley, WV. This is a direct hire, permanent staff position perfect for someone who is an ambitious, energetic self-starter.



* Responsible for business development, candidate sourcing, prescreening/qualifying candidates and providing exceptional service to our clients

* Utilizes direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a strong network of diverse candidates in Engineering, IT, HR, Management, Entertainment, Legal, Counseling/Education, Accounting/Finance, Procurement, Health care, etc.

* Collaborate with Manpower management to proactively identify and source opportunities



Job Duties:



Design, implement and measure overall recruiting obtainment and fulfillment

Develop/update job descriptions & job specifications

Source, screen and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

Proactively research new ideas to find candidates - internet searches, social/professional networking, social media, innovative job fairs, competitor research and ongoing candidate relationships

Attend Business After Hours, Chamber of Commerce, hiring venues, college/university career fairs, etc.

Consult with Manpower Management and Staffing Specialists regarding sales, potential leads and new client orders

Consult with clients to understand objectives and hiring needs based on job description and KSAs required in specialty fields

Conduct interviews, reference checks, orientation and on-boarding to ensure candidates are a qualified, cultural fits and compatible for clients

Present candidates, provide detailed profile summaries and arrange interviews for clients

Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process between client and candidate for direct hire, temporary to permanent or temporary employment opportunities

Monitor and apply company policies and procedures along with best practices; comply with employment laws



Qualifications:



The best candidate offers 2-4 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong leadership skills

Sense of urgency

Ability to "own" projects with a history of exceeding expectations

Demonstrated ability to analyze information, data and other sources; determine course of action

Ability to develop and execute strategies

Strong organizational skills

Efficiently manages time, meets deadlines

Manages multiple tasks/accounts; work simultaneously

Ability to influence team and clients, resolve problems and conflicts

Ability to think strategically

Negotiate procedures and resolutions with client

Capable of making group presentations

Assist in developing ads, postcards, flyers for recruiting promotion

Proficiency with MS Office programs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google and Social Media Platforms

Have a passion for people and community



Travel:



Required - valid driver's license, auto insurance and safe driving record

Travel required throughout the region, including overnight travel
