Office - $16-$20- Full time *** Must have previous office experience***
What's the job?
• Coordinate with outside payroll agency
• Manage items related to Federated Insurance including vehicle/equipment insurance, workman's compensation and associated reporting
• Responsible for all State, Local, And federal reporting requirements.
• Perform human resources and benefits administration for all employees including recruiting, hiring, onboarding and policy development and communications.
• Coordinate crew visits with General Manager. Review work progress, post-auditing work, coordination of service order work, and performing worksite audits.

What do you bring?
• Minimum associates degree in a business or accounting related field
• Two years of progressive office experience
• Ability to provide backup to General Manager for Critical tasks during period of absence
