Job Description

As an integral part to the sales team, the Sales Associate will use product knowledge to provide exceptional services to the customers as well as to build relationships with them. The goal of the Sales Associate is to create an unforgettable experience and take the necessary measures to satisfy the client's needs.



Retail Store Manager

Customer-first attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Ability to be proactive and take initiative on various tasks.

Ability to remain knowledgeable on products and company procedures.

Ability to work in teams to ensure proper customer service that can contribute to overall store success.

Ability to communicate and build productive relationships and trust with customers.

High school diploma required.

Six (6) or more months of related Sales and/or Customer Service experience.

Perform register and merchandising tasks, such as: re-stocking, re-merchandising, display and pricing.

Communicate with customers to deliver excellent service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.

Actively seek out customers in the store.

Process point of sale purchases.

Work with associates to achieve store's sales plan. Strive to achieve individual sales plan.

Ensure the store is neat, clean and organized throughout each business day.

Be aware of current promotional items and the correct pricing of products.

Answer any customer inquiries and requests.

Conduct tasks proactively and in a timely manner.
