Production Mill Associate - Forney TX

Temp to Hire

Starting Pay: $13.00 an hour - Weekly Pay!

Day Shifts Only

What will the Production Mill Associate be doing?

* Housekeeping of the mill production floor and basement

* Wash up of floor, walls and equipment with water hoses and high-pressure washers as needed

* Moving chemicals and other equipment to needed areas around plant with forklift or other machinery.



What Skills, Knowledge and Experience are required?

* Must be at least 23 years of age, with a high school diploma or GED

* Manufacturing and/or production experience

* Must have analytic skills and desire to learn new equipment and applications

* Requires good judgment and advanced decision-making skills

* Willing to work our 12-hour, rotating shift schedule

* Able to pass Bennett and Core Ability Assessments

* The heaviest weight the employee lifts while sitting or standing in the same position: 50 lbs.

* The approximate number of times lifting activity takes place each workday: 5-10 times

* The heaviest weight an employee carries while walking from place to place: 50 lbs

* The object(s) being carried: equipment, product
