Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Recruitment Coordinator position for our client, an electrical utilities company located in Burnaby, BC.

The Job:

- Managing the recruitment process to ensure timely and accurate completion.

- Executing legally compliant role postings to internet and print sites.

- Scheduling candidate interviews and coordinating non-posted recruitment, including hires.

- Communicating test and medical results and organizing start dates with client and candidate.

- Coordinating candidate travel and processes required reimbursements.

- Providing regular updates and feedback to managers to facilitate timely decision-making.

- Assisting with sourcing and pipeline development for identified specialties.

What you bring to the job:

- 2 or 3 years' recruitment related experience (ideally within an intermediate to large environment).

- Experience with resume screening and telephone screens.

- A Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in a related discipline.

- CPHR designation would be considered an asset.

- Excellent communication and time-management skills.

- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
