Job Description

Position: Bilingual Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Location: Cambridge, Ontario

Salary: $50K +



Our client has an exciting role for a Bilingual Regional Sales and Logistics Coordinator at their Cambridge, ON office. This is a permanent position with an annual salary of $50,000-$60,000.



The ideal candidate will be Bilingual (English and French), have previous experience in account management, sales, processing orders and coordinating deliveries. If this sounds like you, keep reading!



What's the Role?

Under the Customer Service Manager's authority, the Sales and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

* Manage accounts and create a relationship with direct contacts in order to understand the different customer needs.

* Work closely with all the different Sales Representatives

* Receive customer orders and coordinate with the Production and/or the Inventory Planner, in order to ensure that the customers will receive their required products within the time limit fixed.

* Monitor customer accounts and coordinate deliveries.



What are some of the tasks involved?

* Receive and process customer orders and coordinate deliveries

* Receive the orders by phone/fax/e-mail directly from customers or sales people, enter these orders in the computer system and coordinate deliveries

* Monitor inventory level using software and establish delivery schedules and coordinate deliveries according to customer requirements.

* Take several calls per day and provide the caller with desired information such as placing an order, inquiring on an order, pricing information, documents, etc.

* Investigate returns

* Process payments when applicable

* Ensure accurate pricing

* Perform other related tasks as requested.



What do you bring to the role?

* Post-secondary education and relevant experience. At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

* Must have strong computer skills. Well-versed in several software programs MS Office and other programs.

* Must be Bilingual in English and French

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Able to work under pressure

* Excellent organizational, time management and priority management skills

* Must be a team player

* SAP experience is considered a great asset
