What's the job?



* Responsible for overseeing and performing preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory

* Responsible for industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic skills repair and troubleshooting

* Familiarity on ADS manufacturing process including troubleshooting



What you bring to the job?



* Your experience matters here - a certified millwright or mechanical electrician with 5+ years would be minimum requirement. Ideally, someone with 10-15 years of experience that has some managerial skills to assist the small team.

* You also have 3-5 years' similar training and experience

* You've got strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel

* You understand the demands of a manufacturing environment and must be able to be flexible when needed

* You are physically capable and have the ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in temperature extremes like lifting 75lbs and doing full range of body motion which includes twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to mount/dismount industrial equipment and vehicles
