Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Clerk - Part Time for one of our clients in Regina to start immediately on a 8-10 weeks assignment. If you are proficient in English and French communication and have previous administrative experience along with customer service experience, this might a right opportunity for you!



Key Job Responsibilities:

*Interact with customers; gives information in response to inquires about accounts, products, and services

*Address customer complaints, special orders, or refunds

*Troubleshoot and schedule repairs for technical service issues

*Provide assistance in setting up new clients and accounts

*Perform general administrative duties including printing, sorting, filing, photocopying, and data entry

*Other related duties as required



Required Education, Knowledge and Experience:

*Fluent in both English and French

*Completion of Grade 12 and at least 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a call center

*2 to 3 years of data entry and office experience

*Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

*Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal



Other important information:

*The position offers around 25 hours (4 hours per day) between Mon-Fri with shifts ending no later than 3 pm everyday. The client is flexible with the start time for the shifts and would accommodate your schedule

*Hourly pay of $16.15
