What's the job?

* Manage full cycle recruitment from position descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring, and retention

* Responsible for updating and designing new recruiting procedures to fill all the positions of the company in a timely manner

* Coordinate and build good relationship with HR and hiring managers to ensure effective attraction, recruitment and retention of employees

* Build networks to find qualified candidates

* Review and interview applicants to evaluate their qualifications and whether they meet the position requirements

* Guide and advise the hiring managers on best practices regarding interviewing and selection as well as the standard and labor ethics

* Manage the partnerships with recruiting agencies

* Spearhead ongoing strategies to promote the employment brand and messaging, organically and virtually from the collaboration with the Marketing Team

* Have important involvement in annual staffing budget meetings and retention metrics for successful hires

What you bring to the job?

* You should have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience - a combined experience in in-house or agency recruitment

* Human Resources or related college Diploma

* Certification in recruitment is an asset but not required

* You have ability to multi task and prioritize projects

* Your personality matters here - fireball, self-motivated and go-getter!

* You've got great work attitude, superb sense of urgency and attention to details

* You're proactive and ability to work well in the team environment

* You are willing to relocate and work in Neepawa, MB location
