Job Description

• Create and/or generate storytelling strategy and tactics in support of brand purpose, while distributing shareable content with market-led marketing/communications teams.
• Develop and execute social media strategy and editorial calendar while incorporating new story threads that tie back to company purpose. Manage and monitor social media communications with timely response to direct messages or posts. Work with corporate website management team to update Global Communications led initiatives section to ensure latest content showcased.
• Provide analytics and detailed monthly reports on social media platform’s performance (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).
• Work closely with global branding team on implementing new brand visual guidelines and tone of voice standards across corporate and all markets; Serve as global liaison for all brand/corporate image communications/collateral materials requests, and assist with related planning and implementation on specific programs as needed.
• Produce and manage biennial Sustainability report.

• Develop and manage creative assets including scripting, videos, photography, etc.
• Draft press releases, media alerts and other communications assets as needed.
• Assist with media pitching efforts, executing media requests, and managing media database.
• Manage, collaborate and support executive management and department leaders on all strategic communications initiatives including drafting assets (key talking points, Q&A, holding statements).
• Assist in the development of communications plans for internal stakeholders, e.g. new corporate initiative roll outs, product launches, crisis plans, global social impact programs.
• Provide media training and communications counsel to all stakeholders including executives, Sales Force, etc.

Minimum of 8 years related experience in Communications, Public Relations or Media Relations
