Job Description

Benefits Administrator / Auditor

Manpower is currently hiring a Benefits Administrator/Auditor to fulfill a full-time temporary position in Calgary, Alberta.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):

* Assisting with benefits administration

* Focusing on internal audit of benefits

* Negotiations with benefit providers on current or new services

* Setting up and adjusting deductions, including benefits, savings, RSPs, and AHC

* Setting up and adjusting deductions for Staff Fund, Voluntary Life, AD and D plans

* Assist employees with benefit claims

* Providing information or statistical information in a report form as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Benefits Administrator

* Post-secondary education in a related field

* Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills

* Previous experience with benefit audits
